Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

You can submit a withdrawal or cancellation request directly through your customer account or use our withdrawal form.

Alternatively, you may send a written withdrawal statement to info@nordicbean.com no later than 14 days after receiving your goods.

After submitting your request, you must return the goods within 14 days, or provide proof that you have handed them over to a carrier within that period.

Cancellations before shipment

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it at any time through your account or by contacting us at info@nordicbean.com.

Conditions for return

The goods must not have been used beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning — as you would when trying a product in a physical store. If the goods show signs of use or wear beyond this, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the decrease in value.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning goods is borne by the buyer, except where the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment), we will refund all payments within 14 days.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.

Exempt products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products. Exceptions include products listed under § 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (e.g. perishable goods, sealed goods opened after delivery that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons, or goods made to specification).

Legal entities

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only and does not extend to buyers who are legal entities.

Price errors

We reserve the right to cancel a sales transaction and request the return of goods if a product was listed at a significantly incorrect price due to a technical error.
