Withdrawal form

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order.

After submitting your request, you must return the goods within 14 days, or provide proof that you have handed them over to a carrier within that period.

Upon receiving the returned goods (or proof of return shipment), we will refund your payments within 14 days.

Exempt products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to all products. Exceptions include products listed under § 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (e.g. perishable goods, sealed goods opened after delivery that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons, or goods made to specification). This includes coffee bean and coffee filter packages that have been opened.
