"We are always on the hunt for the best coffees. We talk among ourselves. We share ideas. We order. We roast. We brew. We taste. We share our impressions. We roast again... We have been doing this for almost ten years and it is only the beginning. There is no destination to this journey. The quest for the best coffee has become our job and our way of life.

Good coffees. For us, that is a coffee that stands out on the cupping table and impresses our palate. We don't take the story behind the coffee or the marketing into account. We select blind. We choose the right partners, those who import the coffees and those who grow them, and we trust them to put the right intentions and actions in place, upstream and downstream, to protect people and nature. But we forget all of that at the cupping table. Only taste matters."
