Luis Aguirre

Luis Aguirre farms coffee in Villahermosa, Tolima, at 1,900 masl. He was one of the earlier producers in the area to take a chance on Pink Bourbon, moving away from the higher-yielding varieties commonly grown locally in favour of a cultivar with greater specialty potential.

After connecting with CDNT, a group supporting small producers in Tolima, Luis began reaching the specialty market with his coffees. This washed Pink Bourbon lot stood out to La Cabra for its exceptional cleanliness and clarity.

Expect a bright, juicy cup with delicate floral character.

All La Cabra coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
