Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to selected countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden. If your location is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Estonia: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping provider and external factors.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you experience an unusual delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. In the case of damage, please include clear photographs of the packaging and the product.
