From the hills of Kirinyaga, Kenya, this coffee is grown by 3,700 dedicated smallholder farmers and crafted with exceptional care. Harvested during the fly crop season, each cherry is hand-sorted and slowly dried to highlight its vibrant character. The result is a clean, juicy cup with notes of red currant, pomelo, and deep sweetness. Every sip supports a farmer-owned cooperative committed to quality, sustainability, and thriving local communities.

All Prolog coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
