Chelchele

PROLOG have been working with this coffee since 2019 and they are so happy to have it back! From the highlands of Gedeb, Ethiopia, this coffee comes from hundreds of smallholder farmers growing heirloom varieties with exceptional care. Now in their seventh year working with Chelchele, they continue to value their outstanding quality and consistency.

Carefully washed and slowly dried at 2,000 meters above sea level, it delivers vibrant sweetness, elegant florals, and lively citrus notes. Every cup reflects a shared commitment to sustainability, traceability, and Ethiopia’s rich coffee heritage.

All Prolog coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
