Olman Valladarez, El Naranjo

Finca El Naranjo, a part of Cafetalera Buenos Aires since 1990, was named after the local community where it’s located. The farm was acquired to expand the company’s coffee offerings for its clients. Over time, El Naranjo has shown remarkable potential for producing high-quality coffee. This was evident when it secured a second-place finish at the 2014 Cup of Excellence Nicaragua, solidifying its capability and consistency.

The farm continues to refine its processing protocols and collaborates with high-potential coffee varieties like Parainema. Additionally, it strengthens relationships with clients who prioritize traceability, consistency, and cup quality, aligning with its long-term commitment to sustainable partnerships

Elegant floral aromatics with clear citrus notes reminiscent of sweet lime and grapefruit create a bright and well-defined acidity. This is balanced by caramel-like sweetness and subtle stone-fruit hints, resulting in a clean, structured, and refined finish.
