During a visit to Peru, Mikołaj and Federico met producer Jorge, part of the Gocta Group founded by his sister Sonia. His precise processing approach - including double fermentation and slow drying on raised beds - results in clean, refined, and consistent cup profiles. Expect smooth notes of milk chocolate and apricot.
The farm sits in a forest-rich environment with access to clean water, where coffee production is closely integrated with local biodiversity, including beekeeping that supports both ecosystem health and cup quality.
This is a family-driven project with a strong focus on sustainability, fair pricing, and community development, with ongoing efforts to engage and support the next generation of coffee producers.
All Prolog coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
