Altos Del Paraiso

PROLOG has been sourcing coffee from Finca El Paraíso in Nariño, Colombia for six years. A place where altitude, innovation, and careful farming consistently produce outstanding coffees.

At 1,900 meters above sea level, the highest plots known as Altos del Paraíso develop such distinct character that they are treated as a separate micro-terroir. Producer José Ignacio Gómez López combines deep agricultural knowledge with a progressive approach to both quality and sustainability.

Coffee is grown alongside crops like citrus and avocado to support biodiversity, while precise processing methods and energy-efficient drying help preserve clarity, sweetness, and complexity in the cup. Every cherry is carefully hand-picked to ensure quality from the very start.

All Prolog coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
