Hydro Honey

Hydro Honey is an experimental coffee from Chelbesa, Gedeo (Ethiopia), processed at the renowned Danche Washing Station.

Grown at 2,300 meters above sea level, this lot of Heirloom varieties reflects the potential of high-altitude Ethiopian coffees, where slow maturation allows for the development of more complex, bright, and defined profiles.

This coffee is a reinterpretation of one of DAK's most iconic profiles, offering an even creamier, more intense, and structured cup than in previous editions. Hydro Honey offers notes of mandarin, yellow plum, and grape, with a bright acidity, defined sweetness, and a clean finish.
