La Danta

Note from the roastery: Our first coffee from Peru in more than two years, a clean and coherent blend of washed Caturra, Catimor, Bourbon and Pache that excels black, brewed as either espresso or filter. La Danta is a project spanning the San Ignacio and Jaen municipalities at 1500 to 1900 masl, with an emphasis on high-quality traditional processing and modern innovations such as the solar dryers used for this lot. A delightfully sweet cup full of peach, apple and brown sugar, expressive and accessible for every day.

All NOSTOS coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
