Diima Danche

Prolog's second coffee from Danche Washing Station is here, and they're delighted to welcome it back. Produced by around 400 smallholder farmers in Gedeb and processed by SNAP Coffee, this natural Heirloom captures everything they love about high-altitude Ethiopian coffees. Carefully dried on raised African beds, it offers vibrant notes of berry jam, violet, and milk chocolate. Alongside exceptional quality, SNAP's ongoing investment in farmer training and community development makes this a coffee with both remarkable flavour and meaningful impact.

All Prolog coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
