School Project - Crooked Nose Coffee

In search of a strong, rich, spicy coffee, we discovered beans grown in the Simbu region of Papua New Guinea. The company that takes care of this coffee, Kongo Coffee Ltd., donates part of its profits to support the Jerry Kapka School and thus contributes to the education of the local community.

This coffee is roasted significantly darker than usual to allow SCHOOL PROJECT beans roast to show their true potential. Our noses are delighted with the bitter bouquet of pomelo peel, nutmeg, cloves, dark chocolate, nutmeg, tobacco.
