Note form the roastery: Our latest incarnation of the hopper-essential natural Brazil, this time an Acaia varietal from Fazenda Aracacu at 960 to 1100 masl. The farm is one of two owned by Carmem Lucia, who has implemented modern innovations including full solar power and AI-assisted grading. A beautiful everyday drinker that excels on espresso both black and white, with orange, cherry and milk chocolate making up a balanced cup.

All NOSTOS coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
