Rescue beans
Rescue beans are coffees that have passed their peak freshness – either they’re around 3 months from the roast date, or they’ve passed their best-before date. While they may no longer be at their freshest, they’re still perfectly brewable and full of character. A little less precious, a lot more affordable.
Pretty Nuts, Summer 2026 version. Boozy and creamy, with peanut butter up front, Grand Marnier behind it and forest fruits underneath. This version runs more intense than the last. Extended fermentation natural Arara at 1150 masl.
