La Pomarrosa

PROLOG has been collaborating with Merci for three years, is thrilled to introduce this Bourbon variety. When you take a sip, you’ll experience a beautiful representation of washed bourbon coffee from the Colasay region in Peru.

It boasts crisp and complex acidity, a medium to full body, and a smooth mouthfeel. The flavors include sweet pink apple, honey, nectarine, brown sugar, and black tea.

All Prolog coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
