Note from the roastery: Our very first coffee from Costa Rica, a vibrant and sweet number from producer Hector Esteban Sanchez. His farm Bajo Canet sits in the Tarrazu region at approximately 1700 masl, and he is well known for his Musician Series of coffees.

A mixture of SL28, Geisha and Typica, this lot underwent a Raisin Honey process: cherries hand-picked and placed on African beds, after 3 days of drying only the skin is removed while the pulp remains to contribute to fermentation, with frequent turning to ensure even drying. Excels both on espresso (white or black) and as a bold filter, featuring notes of blueberry, orange zest and lemongrass.

All NOSTOS coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
