Riakiberu PB

This is PROLOG’s second lot from Riakiberu, following the AA selection - this time showcasing the Peaberry.

Peaberry is a natural mutation where only one smaller, round bean develops instead of the usual two, often occurring in around 5% of the harvest. This can lead to a more concentrated and expressive cup profile.

Grown at approximately 1,650 masl in rich volcanic soils and a cool highland climate, this coffee delivers a classic Kenyan profile — bright, structured, and vibrant — with notes of orange marmalade and nectarine.

All Prolog coffees are roasted for both filter and espresso.
