This coffee is now in our Rescue beans category - these beans are 3 months from the roast date, which is when most roasters recommend consuming them. However, they are still well within their best-before date and remain full of character and perfectly brewable.

A sip of rich, bittersweet coffee. In southwestern Honduras, near the Montecillo Reserve, coffee berries are carefully tended by farmer Mario Samuel Mejia Rodriguez. Locals call this area “the place of stone” because of the extremely mountainous terrain covered in dense jungle.
