A washed Ethiopian from the Rumu Damo Washing Station. This coffee showcases everything we love about washed Ethiopians from this region: a classic citrus-driven profile, juicy and expressive.
Once the cherries arrive at the Rumudamo Washing Station, they are placed in water for sorting and removal of floaters. The cherries are then pulped and undergoes a wet fermentation for 48 hours. The cherries are then washed before being laid to dry in African beds for 8-12 days, depending on the weather.
