Abu Coffee, located in Boquete, Chiriquí province, Panama, is the farm of José Luttrell. This lot is Catuai coffee, grown at an altitude of 1,550 meters. 

The coffee undergoes a unique re-hydro double-phase anaerobic natural process. This multi-stage fermentation involves the entire cherry, which is then dried with the fruit still attached to the bean. The resulting coffee has notes of ripe pineapple, strawberry, and black tea.

People Possession’s coffees are available in signature resealable cans. To reseal the can between brews, simply transfer the coffee into your own container.
