Together, they tasted through the harvest looking for distinctive lots, and this Red Catuaí stood out for its fresh, structured character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe cherries are hand-picked at full ripeness and honey processed, then slowly dried under cover on raised beds.
