Coffee for this lot was delivered by 742 smallholders in the towns of Refisa, Roricho, Bulga, and Riripa. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe processing for this lot is typically Ethiopian, with a long, slow fermentation of up to 60 hours, creating a soft and complex expression in the cup.
