Local smallholder “garden farmers” grow coffee on small plots around their homes, often alongside wild coffee trees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt 2,000–2,200 masl, coffee grows slowly in fertile clay soils beneath native shade trees. The cherries are hand-picked at full ripeness between October and December, then naturally processed on raised African drying beds and carefully sorted.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis lot consists of Ethiopian heirloom varieties 74\/110 and 74\/112.
